Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling mail, faxes, and packages.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Ensure the front lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs quickly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
