Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to brand standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities while maintaining inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation protocols
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for each assigned room
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Valid North Carolina ID or driver's license required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
