Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming, and orderly according to company standards.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including sanitization, dusting, and polishing, to ensure a pristine environment.
- Replace linens, make beds to perfection, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in bathrooms.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables according to hotel policy.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when entering guest rooms.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently during shift.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
