Responsibilities
- Maintain High Standards: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to our strict quality assurance guidelines to ensure a pristine environment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure amenities are stocked and rooms are inviting, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes to maximize room turnover and occupancy rates.
- Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance needs, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Laundry & Linens: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required to maintain a fully stocked inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel maintenance is preferred but not always required for our reliable team members.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness, organization, and a strong sense of pride in your work.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
