Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms, suites, and common areas through systematic cleaning protocols
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to hotel sanitation and safety standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
