Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and inviting.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to maintain room readiness.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment for guests and staff at all times.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly for timely repair.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure high-quality service.
- Interact with guests professionally and handle their requests with care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to complete rooms efficiently within shift hours.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
