- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Monitor room inventory and availability systems
- Implement upselling strategies for premium services
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proven leadership ability in hospitality settings
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida hospitality certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
