Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests and staff
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Complete daily shift reports and administrative tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
