Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and with a smile.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, hallways, and public areas.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
