Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies and restrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and anticipating guest needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness standards are met.
- Support food and beverage service operations, including setting up stations and clearing tables.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training is available for candidates without experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
