Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas to exceed cleanliness standards
- Assist with event setup, meeting room preparation, and banquet services as needed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across all hotel departments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
