Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and resolve inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
- Assist in front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls.
- Stock linen, toiletries, and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
