Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance departments
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Execute emergency procedures and ensure guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Marriott experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid NV gaming license (if applicable to property)
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation
