Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including managing reservations and handling payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities are pristine.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to all cash handling policies.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
