Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and hotel services.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and requests promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about local Oakland attractions, dining, and transportation options.
Qualifications
