Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Perform light housekeeping duties as assigned to maintain high standards.
- Operate hotel software systems and manage reservations accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
