Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Perform daily audits of occupancy status and room availability
- Assist with local area information and activity recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
