Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine guest room standards through thorough cleaning and inspection protocols
- Assist with valet parking, luggage handling, and guest transportation coordination
- Support F&B operations through banquet setup, room service delivery, and restaurant assistance
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet positions
- Previous hospitality experience a plus but not required
