Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process reservations, verify information, and handle payments using hotel software.
- Guest Services: Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about local attractions and amenities.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and guest rooms as needed.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability: Ability to punctually arrive at work and maintain consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior hospitality experience is not required.
