Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor front desk operations, including phone coverage and messaging systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and privacy policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
