Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and a smile.
- Room Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist with concierge services, valet operations, and front desk support as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, fire regulations, and cleaning standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A friendly, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
