Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and average daily rate (ADR).
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high service standards and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the hotel’s budget, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving operational results.
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Oracle Opera or Micros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
