Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Lead staff training, development programs, and performance evaluations
- Resolve guest concerns and implement service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
