Responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and revenue growth
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost-control measures for optimal profitability
- Recruit, train, and motivate high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service recovery challenges
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Expertise in revenue management, yield optimization, and market analysis
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- PHR certification or equivalent hospitality credentials preferred
