Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for occupancy and revenue growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of San Antonio tourism market preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license required
