Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams through performance management
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Handle guest relations and VIP experiences
- Collaborate with sales teams on corporate and group bookings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development track record
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hospitality software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California Food Handler's certification preferred
