This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing daily operations, staff management, and revenue optimization in one of Texas' most vibrant hospitality destinations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Analyze financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence
- Collaborate with sales team on corporate and group partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of achieving P&L objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Advanced certification from AHLEI or equivalent preferred
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and revenue management
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Dallas market experience strongly preferred
