Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 50+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service recovery
- Analyze market trends and implement competitive pricing strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury property experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Austin market knowledge and local business relationships preferred
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
