Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage P&L responsibilities with budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and train department heads for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Drive digital marketing and revenue management strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Strong leadership skills with team development track record
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager License or ability to obtain immediately
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
