Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Address guest concerns with personalized solutions
- Analyze financial reports and optimize budget allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven revenue management and P&L leadership
- Strong knowledge of Columbus tourism market
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Ohio hospitality management certification
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
