Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage department heads through coaching, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and complaint resolution
- Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Implement and maintain brand standards and compliance with safety regulations
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention programs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
