Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests to ensure high satisfaction scores and positive reviews.
- Financial Management: Monitor daily revenue, manage budgets, and prepare P&L reports to ensure profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Compliance: Ensure all state and local health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive occupancy rates and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume hotel setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
