Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and dining operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Upsell resort amenities and special events to enhance guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols per Florida regulations
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Florida Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficient in reservation systems (Opera, etc.) preferred
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
