Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, lobbies, and public spaces to the highest standards.
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering phones, managing reservations, and processing payments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any service issues.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform light maintenance duties and restock amenities in guest suites.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
