Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage the hotel budget, ensuring profitability and cost control measures are met.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees to ensure high performance and morale.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and resolve any complex complaints or issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with regional management and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and increasing revenue.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
