Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Security & Access: Monitor access control systems, verify identification, and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist in coordinating maintenance requests, managing room assignments, and handling daily banking and cash transactions.
- Shift Coordination: Adapt to rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage of the front desk.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical: Proficient in using computer systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
