Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Guest Assistance: Handle inquiries, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and resolve any immediate guest concerns with a smile.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a pristine environment by keeping public areas, lobbies, and restrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Room Preparation: Assist in the preparation and turnover of guest rooms, ensuring all amenities are present and rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Operational Support: Support the front desk and housekeeping teams with various tasks as needed to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the hotel's brand image and standards at all times, acting as a representative of The Mesa Resort & Spa.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; a passion for service is more important.
- Experience: No prior hotel or hospitality experience is necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as required by the role.
