Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling with precision.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly, maintaining a professional communication standard.
- Process payments and handle all financial transactions accurately using our hotel management software.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist with concierge services, providing local recommendations and arranging transportation.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Guestcentric).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
