Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

- Monitor inventory and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
