Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Coordinate with vendors and local tourism partners
- Lead crisis management and guest resolution protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Micros)
- Texas Hotel Manager certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
