- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and local services
- Valid Wisconsin hospitality alcohol certification (if applicable)
