Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure high standards of quality and service.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, address inquiries and complaints immediately, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff members. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the hotel's budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local strategies to attract guests to the hotel and promote special packages.
- Compliance: Ensure all safety, health, and regulatory standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving high performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a fluency in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
