Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service excellence initiatives
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and cost optimization
- Coordinate with sales team to drive group and transient bookings
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with Marriott's corporate policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's and Alcohol Service certifications
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott systems)
