Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.

  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Reservations: Assist with incoming reservation calls, manage room availability, and provide accurate information regarding amenities and local attractions.
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately process payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions, and balance daily reports.
  • Front Office Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including lobby, reception desk, and waiting areas.
  • Communication: Relay important messages to guests and staff members promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
