Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to address inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, restaurant reservations, and transportation needs.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we will train you!
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
