Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest areas and back-of-house
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation arrangements
- Uphold brand standards and local compliance regulations
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid Kansas driver's license (for transportation duties)
