Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and occupancy goals
- Lead team recruitment, training, and performance management with emphasis on service excellence
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning strategies
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and ensure 5-star service standards across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive direct bookings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/upper-upscale segment
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid North Carolina Food Protection Manager certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Charlotte tourism landscape and corporate client base
