Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and occupancy goals
  • Lead team recruitment, training, and performance management with emphasis on service excellence
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
