Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hotel teams
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Resolve complex guest issues with exceptional service recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Fort Worth tourism market
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
