Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor hotel security, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash reconciliation.
- Assist in training junior staff and maintaining a positive team culture.
- Utilize property management software (PMS) to track occupancy and guest preferences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with PMS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
