Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Direct and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel budget, monitor revenue streams, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and high performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and promote special events or packages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
